Mr. Siros is the founding principal of APMI, which was incorporated in 1984. Over 47 years of design and construction experience provided the basis for his starting APMI’s Forensic Architectural Division. Much of Mr. Siros’ experience has been in the "high tech" sectors. Mr. Siros has been the Architect of Record on many highly complex project types within the electronics sectors including R&D laboratories, manufacturing facilities and communications projects. Mr. Siros approaches every project utilizing a Collaborative Team Approach, believing that every facet of a project is important and deserves attention to ensure that the completed facility meets or exceeds the expectations of the client. Mr. Siros believes in and practices the process of planning out the entire project from start through completion so that every step in developing a project can be tracked and enhanced. Meeting project budgets and schedules has been as important as following the project program and overall scope. This has been the basis for the success of every project completed by Mr. Siros.
Adam Siros has over fifteen years of practical design and construction administration experience on projects throughout Arizona and in numerous other states. His responsibilities include the design and coordination of projects from conception to closure. Mr. Siros works closely with clients and their staff on a day to day basis, coordinates the consultant team, and coordinates municipal/local agency requirements. Mr. Siros provides the leadership and project structure needed to organize the design process and keep each project on schedule and on budget. Mr. Siros’ experience includes mixed use projects, municipal facilities, corporate offices, public safety buildings, manufacturing facilities, research laboratories, fire stations, data centers, financial institutions, and multi-family residential projects.
Will Reilly, AIA is a LEED Accredited Professional with a specialty in Building Design and Construction. Mr. Reilly has over nineteen years of experience in Architecture with an emphasis on quality design and sustainable design practices. Mr. Reilly’s leadership in sustainable design, construction administration and project management is critical to the success of our projects. His management experience includes all phases of project development, from initial client contact to construction administration and post occupancy evaluations. Mr. Reilly has experience in a broad spectrum of project types, including educational facilities, municipality projects, multi-tenant buildings, residential, retail, office and laboratory spaces.
